Setup is easy, it’s basically an 8-step wizard where you go through the already mentioned questions like your current weight and diet, your height, level of activity, and more, to get some understanding of the shape that you’re in.

Important part of setup is when you’re asked what your goals are. Based on what kind of answer you give here (weight loss, weight gain, maintaining weight) the app will calculate a meal plan made just for you.
Once that everything is setup you can start keeping track of your daily activities (to track the number of calories burned), daily meals (to track the number of calories ingested) and that way make sure that you don’t go over the daily caloric limit calculated for you by this calorie counter app.
